About SAV Archery Romania

Sav Dacian Romi began making bows after discovering archery in 2013. His first attempt was made from an old ash rake handle; by 2015, he had completed the first fully functional SAV bow. Since then, more than 1,300 bows have left his workshop in Tinca, Romania. SAV Archery works exclusively on custom orders, selecting the model, materials, draw weight and other specifications around the individual archer. Among his designs is the Dacian, offered in 49-inch and 53-inch versions and draw weights from 30 to 75 pounds. The longer version allows draw lengths up to 32–33 inches. More than a decade after that first improvised bow, Romi continues to design and build each SAV bow by hand.
